气胀轴的基本结构和动作原理

气胀轴是一种特制的收卷、放卷轴，是经过高压充气后表面（键条/板条）可以突起，放气后（键条/板条）迅速缩回的轴。气胀轴使用极为方便快捷，用户只需自备气源，空气压力控制在6-8kg/cm²范围内，需锁紧外部的部件（比如圆形相适应的纸管）时，只要充气枪对着气胀轴上的气嘴充气便可完成，键条/板条会突出顶住外部的部件。需放松纸管卸料时，用手按下充气嘴上的活动气芯即可放气，键条/板条会缩回原位，外部的部件即可取出。
